With a distinguished career spanning four decades in public infrastructure development, K. Abdul Raheem stands as a pillar of experience and innovation at our firm. Having retired as a Superintending Engineer for KRIDL, he has overseen the successful execution of critical state-level projects across more than 16 districts in Karnataka. His vast portfolio includes the development of large-scale institutional campuses like the Karnataka Forest Academy and the Nazeer Sab Rural Development Training Centre, as well as vital infrastructure like the rural water supply scheme for Bannikoppa and its surrounding villages. His leadership was instrumental in developing and implementing the Three-Tier Quality Control Mechanism for KRIDL, setting a new benchmark for excellence and accountability in public works. What truly sets Mr. Raheem apart is his relentless pursuit of knowledge and passion for technological evolution. Long before it became an industry buzzword, he was bridging the gap between traditional civil engineering and the digital future, earning a Master's degree in Computer-Aided Design of Structures (CADSS) in 2011. Today, he continues to push the boundaries of innovation through his Ph.D. research on the durability of advanced, sustainable construction materials. As a Director, Mr. Raheem channels his vast on-the-ground experience and deep technical knowledge into our core mission. He guides our consultancy projects with unparalleled insight into project lifecycles and quality management, while mentoring the next generation of professionals in our training institute by propelling them into the transformative power of BIM, AI, and sustainable design. His journey from building the state's foundational infrastructure to designing its digital future embodies our commitment to creating an intelligent and sustainable living legacy.
Rafiuddin Muhammad

Rafiuddin Muhammed is a Chartered Structural Engineer and a dynamic leader at the forefront of the AEC industry's digital transformation. With over 16 years of rich international experience, He has been a driving force in the successful delivery of more than $5.5 billion in iconic giga-projects across Saudi Arabia, including Information Technology an Communication Complex(ITCC), King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), KAP2D/KAP2E, SABIC Community Development Project, Jeddha an Riyadh Cargo Terminal, King Faisal Air Academy(KFAA), The Red Sea Project, The Aramco Innovation Center, Industrial Civil and Mechanical work for Saudi Electricity Company(SEC) at Power Plants across KSA. His career is defined by a unique blend of high-level strategic operations and deep, hands-on technical expertise. As a pioneer in BIM/VDC implementation, Rafi has successfully built and led high-performing teams, trained over 50 professionals, and established enterprise-level BIM strategies for major international contractors. His leadership has guided the delivery of hundreds of thousands of man-hours in digital design, ensuring seamless coordination and execution on some of the world's most complex projects. As a Director at our firm, Rafi brings a world-class perspective on project management and digital innovation. He is responsible for infusing our operations with the giga-project DNA—a mindset of precision, scalability, and relentless efficiency. He translates his vast experience into practical, powerful solutions for our clients and provides invaluable, real-world context for the students in our training institute.
